Key focus areas include trainer effectiveness, governance of training records, and developing metrics to accelerate time-to-competency while enabling scalable, future-ready training programs for the plant.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum 4 years experience leading manufacturing training, OJT, or related operations.
• Experience with training systems and certification processes.

Responsabilités

• Own end-to-end hourly production training, including onboarding, OJT, cross training, certification, and refresher training.
• Establish clear training expectations for each core production role, including defined training paths, timelines, and competency requirements.
• Ensure training is consistent across shifts, value streams, and trainers.
• Implement and enforce competency verification and use data to drive corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain training metrics and lead a train-the-trainer program.
• Provide day-to-day leadership to hourly training coordinators and scale the training function.
