Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years in assembly, fabrication, manufacturing, production, or related environment.
• 2+ years of direct team leadership experience.
• No relocation; must reside within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC.

Responsibilities

• Supervise personnel and production activities across key functional areas; plan and coordinate schedules to meet customer requirements.
• Maintain safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture; enforce PPE use and 5S practices.
• Meet production demands; ensure proper staffing and order fulfillment within cost targets.
• Serve as central point of contact for management on production issues in the department.
• Participate in staff development, coaching, and performance improvement.
• Evaluate workload and delegate tasks to ensure adequate staffing for production needs.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues with QA; review quality trends.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
