Eaton Corporation's Electrical Sector - PDCA in Omaha, NE is seeking a Training Supervisor to lead hourly production training on the shop floor at our expanding facility. You will own the training system, ensure onboarding, OJT, and certification, and partner with Operations and Quality to improve safety, quality, and productivity.

As the site expert, you will develop trainer effectiveness, governance of training records (LMS), and metrics, while mentoring hourly coordinators and building

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree with manufacturing/industrial experience; OR Associate's degree with 3+ years; OR high school diploma with 5+ years.

Mansioni

• Own end-to-end hourly production training including onboarding and refresher training.
• Set clear training expectations with defined paths and competency requirements.
• Ensure training is consistent across shifts and value streams.
• Verify competency and enforce readiness for certification.
• Develop training metrics and liaise with Quality and Operations.
