Eaton Corporation is hiring a Production Supervisor - 1st Shift for the Greenwood, SC facility. The role is onsite Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm and Friday 7:00am–11:00am, with an $86,000–$126,000 annual salary and a variable incentive program.

You will lead production activities across assembly, warehousing, fabrication, painting, shipping, or traffic, plan schedules, manage resources, and ensure quality and on-time delivery. Overtime may be required, and relocation is not offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• 1+ year of manufacturing leadership experience.
• Ability to work Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm and Friday 7:00am–11:00am.
• Overtime may be required based on business needs.
• No relocation benefits; candidates within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC only.
• No immigration sponsorship offered.

Responsibilities

• Think and act tactically and strategically to meet production demands and improve processes.
• Maintain safe, engaged, and inclusive work culture; ensure proper PPE use and 5S.
• Meet department production demands and guide team leaders in order fulfillment upkeep.
• Serve as central contact for management on production issues in the area.
• Participate in training, coaching, and development of employees.
• Evaluate workloads and delegate tasks to ensure adequate staffing.
• Investigate and resolve quality issues with the QA team and communicate trends.
