Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Production Supervisor-2nd Shift at its Greenwood, SC facility. The role oversees production teams, drives lean initiatives, and ensures safety, quality, and on-time delivery. The position requires 3+ years in manufacturing operations and 2+ years in supervision, with relocation support within 50 miles of Greenwood.

Salary range is $86,000-$126,000 annually, with on-site duties from 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm. Eligible candidates must be U.S. workers without visa sponsorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
• 3+ years of experience in an engineering, operations role within a manufacturing environment.
• 2+ years of previous experience supervising manufacturing teams.
• Relocation benefits offered; area within 50 miles of Greenwood, SC considered.
• Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Develop and direct plant resources to deliver continuous improvement in safety, quality, productivity, efficiency, and process standardization to meet customer demands.
• Lead the implementation of lean improvements and Kaizen events to achieve best-in-class operations.
• Coach and develop production personnel; manage performance and succession planning.
• Coordinate resources with safety, quality, maintenance, materials, scheduling, logistics and engineering to resolve issues.
• Schedule workload to meet customer needs and align with company goals.
• Foster a culture of quality and drive continuous improvements across the plant.
