Job Responsibilities

• Become an expert in AI usage in law firms, including utilization of prompting, Copilot, ChatGPT and other relevant generative AI software platforms.
• Become an expert in various business and legal‑specific software applications, including Microsoft Office, Windows, iManage, NetDocuments, Adobe, Nuance, etc.
• Deliver engaging training sessions multiple times per day using virtual communications software, such as Zoom, WebEx, Microsoft Teams and Adobe Connect.
• Work with internal and external partners to develop training outlines and schedules.
• Communicate learner feedback and attendance reports to the client when necessary.
• Maintain an upbeat, professional attitude, despite a potentially repetitive and predictable work environment.
• Assist with various administrative tasks.
• Willingness to travel to deliver onsite training if needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Business, Education, English, or another related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in corporate training or adult education.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Experience in public speaking.
• Certifications in Microsoft Office and other business‑related applications preferred.
• Experience training on topics outside of technical training ideal, but not required.
• Experience with generative AI is highly desired.
