Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking a Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for Cloud software technologies and to support ongoing training activities within Global Education.

You will tailor the customer education experience for users from end users to system administrators. The role requires experience in delivering instructor-led training, both in-person and virtually, using live software environments, documentation, and slide content.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Willing to travel up to 50% domestically and internationally.
• Ability to work in CJIS-heavy environments and pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral and integrations.
• Deliver training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete required department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders on training schedules.
• Prepare training materials and course content for new and existing products.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
