Job summary

Motorola Solutions in the United States seeks a Sr. Training Specialist to deliver hands-on virtual and classroom training for Cloud software.

You will support ongoing training activities within Global Education, with focus on user experience, customer workflows, and training quality. The role combines initiative, instructional experience, and technical background to tailor learning for end users to system administrators in the public safety environment.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Travel up to 50% with domestic and occasional international travel.
• CJIS fingerprint background check required by Motorola Solutions customers.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and/or on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete required departmental reports within standards and deadlines.
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders on project and training schedules.
• Compile training and technical documents and course material for products or services.
• Measure knowledge transfer and training effectiveness.
• Operate under supervision from the CommandCentral Training Team Manager.
