Job summary

Motorola Solutions is seeking an experienced Sr. Training Specialist to conduct hands-on virtual and classroom instruction for cloud software technologies in a public safety context.

You will support ongoing training activities, tailor experiences for end users and system admins, and facilitate in-person and virtual classes using live environments and documentation. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of technical training, familiarity with public safety products, and the ability to travel up to 50%

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to obtain background clearance as required by government customer.
• Must have a valid drivers license.

Responsibilities

• Teach agency customers and staff on complex software products and services.
• Conduct virtual and on-site training for Motorola CommandCentral software and third-party integrations.
• Present training using Zoom, Google Meet, and Google Slides.
• Complete department reports within standards and deadlines.
• Manage communication with customers and internal stakeholders regarding training schedules.
• Produce comprehensive training and technical documents and course materials.
