Job summary

Covista is seeking a Training Specialist to coordinate and deliver training programs that support enrollment and advising staff. You will partner with business stakeholders to plan workshops, organize resources, and ensure learning initiatives align with business goals.

Working with project managers, SMEs, and leaders, you will develop materials, manage onboarding and development tracks, and measure training effectiveness to drive continuous improvement across multiple initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 4+ years of experience facilitating training in professional settings.
• Experience partnering with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Knowledge of enrollment, student advising policies (Title IV) understanding.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate, implement, and deliver training programs for enrollment and advising staff.
• Plan onboarding, workshops, and learning events aligned with priorities.
• Lead multiple learning initiatives with PM tools; manage milestones and risks.
• Develop training materials and facilitator guides reflecting new policies.
• Collaborate with managers and SMEs to assess learning needs.
• Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance observations.
