Johnson Service Group is seeking a Training Developer II, Instructional Design, to design, develop, and deliver training programs for both instructor-led and eLearning formats. The role emphasizes learner-centered solutions and strong collaboration with SMEs and stakeholders.

The candidate will manage content development projects, produce polished training materials, and ensure accuracy across materials. A Bachelor's degree and a robust portfolio are required; US citizenship is noted for some

Formación

• Requires 5-10 years of instructional design and/or curriculum development experience.
• Portfolio/work samples required.
• Experience creating instructor-led and eLearning content using approved templates.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with SMEs and stakeholders to identify training needs and objectives.
• Lead meetings to gather content and feedback throughout development lifecycle.
• Provide progress updates and manage project status in PM tools.
• Design curricula and create instructor-led and digital learning materials.
• Develop engaging eLearning modules using approved authoring tools.
• Ensure materials align with learning objectives and business needs.
• QA testing and revisions of learning products, including LMS validation.
• Publish and maintain content in the LMS with accuracy and version control.
