Qualifications

• 6 years of experience steering manager-level initiatives.
• Demonstrated comfort presenting to manager leadership.
• Ability to guide cross-functional teams in a Tempe environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain documentation of work performed and outcomes.
• Keep the part-time schedule realistic for competing priorities.
• Own day-to-day rhythm of general work across the Tempe operation.
• Partner with teams who rarely sit in the same room.
• Spot patterns in feedback before it becomes a complaint.
• Coordinate scheduling, resources, and logistics for tasks.
• Read the room and adapt how you pitch Learning/Development to each audience.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment.
