Job summary

Proctor Loan Protector is seeking a Training Coordinator to lead training for new hires and existing teammates, focusing on lender solutions processes and regulatory alignment. You will conduct classroom and one-on-one sessions, deliver clear training communications, and provide reporting on progress and effectiveness.

Ideal candidates will have a High School Diploma/GED, strong communication skills, and solid insurance knowledge.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required.
• Proficient with MS Office—Word and Excel.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong insurance knowledge is preferred.
• Ability to meet production metrics and resolve issues.

Responsibilities

• Lead classroom-style and one-on-one training discussions.
• Conduct training classes on systems and processes for new hires and ongoing staff.
• Provide training reporting and summaries with recommendations for improvements.
• Communicate departmental rules and expectations accurately to staff.
• Develop and update Quality Control Standards to maintain high quality.
• Assist in process updates and document training resources.
