Member Access Processing is looking for a Trainer to enhance client onboarding and operational readiness through effective training delivery. The role requires offering hands-on, scenario-based training that prepares clients to independently execute critical workflows, ensuring they are well-equipped for operational success.

The ideal candidate will have 2-4+ years of experience in training or client-facing roles, ideally within financial services, and possess strong facilitation and communication skills. Opportunities to contribute to continuous training improvement are also part of this role.
