Job summary

Easterseals NH & VT is seeking a Training Specialist to lead training for existing employees and new hires in the Residential and Education Program. The role also includes conducting CPR and safety trainings across programs, with a 40-hour work week, primarily Monday–Friday.

Compensation ranges from $27 to $28 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The position requires an Associate’s degree (Bachelor’s preferred) and 2 years of training experience.

Qualifications

• Two years of experience conducting trainings or workshops preferred.
• Trauma-informed practices in human services.
• Ability to conduct physical interventions if needed.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training in teams or independently, typically 30-35 hours per week.
• Maintain inventory of training supplies and training technology.
• Enter data into Workday Learning and other systems.
• Support onboarding by facilitating transitions and scheduling.
• Assist employees to access and complete online learning.
• Observe and adjust curriculum relevance and efficacy.
• Provide real-time coaching in residential and educational environments.
