Job summary

Easterseals NH in Manchester, NH is seeking a Training Specialist to lead training for Residential and Education Programs. You will deliver CPR and safety trainings and support onboarding for new hires, guiding staff through schedules and systems.

The role requires a degree in education or related field, experience in training, and the ability to conduct interventions. Hours are 40/week with some evenings; compensation is $27–$28/hour plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in education, special education, or related field.
• Two years’ experience in trainings or workshops preferred.
• Experience with youth in human services is favorable.

Responsibilities

• Deliver trainings to individuals or teams, typically 30–35 hours weekly.
• Maintain training supplies and technology inventory.
• Enter data into Workday Learning and related platforms.
• Support onboarding and facilitate transitions for new hires.
