Easterseals NH in Manchester, NH is seeking a Training Specialist to lead training for Residential and Education Programs. You will deliver CPR and safety trainings and support onboarding for new hires, guiding staff through schedules and systems.

The role requires a degree in education or related field, experience in training, and the ability to conduct interventions. Hours are 40/week with some evenings; compensation is $27–$28/hour plus full benefits.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or higher in education, special education, or related field.
• Two years’ experience in trainings or workshops preferred.
• Experience with youth in human services is favorable.

## Training SpecialistApply: Manchester, NH: Full time: Posted 2 Days Ago: JR2908**Job Description:**As a **Training Specialist** you will be responsible for all aspects of training for existing employees and new hire training for the Residential and Education Program. In addition, you will facilitate additional trainings including CPR and Safety Awareness for other Easterseals programs. **Qualifications:**• Associate’s degree in education, special education, child development, or related field.
