Zusammenfassung

OPCA is seeking a Programs Program Specialist to support the Programs team in operational success by coordinating the delivery of technical assistance and trainings. The role emphasizes project management, documentation, and continuous improvement for member engagement within a dog-friendly, hybrid Oregon office.

Key duties include planning for TA/T events, coordinating program meetings, and developing communications.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree and/or up to three years’ experience or equivalent education.
• Fluency in written and spoken English required.

Aufgaben

• Provide project management for the OPCA Education and Technical Assistance (E/TA) work plan, including tracking activities and coordinating with the team to meet deliverables.
• Ensure planning and preparation for TA/T, including web-based, hybrid and face-to-face events.
• Act as a content thought-partner by offering input and strategy for meetings and events within the scope of work.
• Manage and coordinate Program team meetings and processes, including scheduling, agendas, and action items.
• Support partnerships with state, regional and national stakeholders by scheduling and providing admin support for key meetings.
• Develop and distribute program communications and coordinate external communications to improve engagement.
• Maintain member relations and knowledge tools to improve evaluation and documentation.
• Travel to relevant conferences to build partnerships and promote brand awareness.
• Oversee list management, meeting scheduling, support, and follow-up.
• Collaborate on events including the All Leadership Group Gathering.
• Manage SharePoint and Office 365 group setups for membership groups as needed.
