Job summary

Consulting Solutions in Raleigh, NC is seeking an LMS Specialist to support development, delivery, evaluation, and ongoing maintenance of PGO training programs. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders and ensure the Learning Management System is set up for success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-project management, and the ability to build custom reports while helping users and teams maximize training impact across the organization.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree required.
• Five (5) years of experience or equivalent job-related experience.
• Experience utilizing a Learning Management System in an administrative capacity.
• Demonstrated ability to analyze needs and recommend solutions.
• Strong multi-tasking and project management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, customer-focused.

Description:

This position provides support for the development, delivery, evaluation, and continual maintenance of PGO technical training, progression and continuing education programs. This role facilitates the successful execution of training initiatives by collaborating with internal stakeholders and ensuring the seamless setup of the learning management system.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the LMS super user for PGO enterprise-wide training.


• Utilizes effective communication to provide LMS leadership.


• Develops custom reports and analytics.


• Provides general training and program support.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree


• Five (5) years of experience or equivalent job-related experience


• Experience utilizing a Learning Management System in an administrative capacity.


• Demonstrated ability to identify users’ needs, analyze and logically organize and recommend a solution.


• Demonstrated ability to work on multiple, complex projects; strong project management and follow-up skills; strong ability to multi-task and continually prioritize changing project tasks/deliverables.


• Demonstrated human relations skills, e.g., influencing skills and listening skills, to deal effectively with all levels of management and employees.


• Effective communication (both oral and written) and interpersonal skills with a customer-oriented focus.


• Customer service orientated and ability to work in a team environment.
