Intus Care is a healthcare analytics platform that synthesizes healthcare data to identify risks, visualize trends, and optimize care for PACE programs. Our mission is to catalyze data-driven change to achieve high-value, multi-disciplinary care for older adults. We also provide technical assistance and consulting to support new and evolving PACE programs.

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Training Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for our clients and internal teams. The ideal candidate will have a background in training and development, excellent communication skills, and an interest in healthcare technology.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and deliver training programs for clients and internal teams.
2. Create training materials such as manuals, presentations, and online resources.
3. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and webinars to educate users on product features and best practices.
4. Assess training needs and customize programs accordingly.
5. Evaluate training effectiveness and implement improvements.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training content accuracy and relevance.
7. Provide ongoing support to users after training.
8. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
9. Foster a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Training & Development, Healthcare Management, or related field.
• Experience as a Training Specialist or similar role in healthcare or technology.
• Knowledge of training methodologies and tools.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with EHR systems is a plus.

Salary Range: $90,000-$100,000/year
