What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute comprehensive training programs on value-based risk adjustment coding

- Travel to provider offices as necessary for training and support
- Report directly to the Risk Adjustment Population Health Director to optimize coding accuracy and financial stability

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5 years of experience with risk adjustment coding and/or medical coding
- Advanced knowledge of ICD-10 coding and Hierarchical Condition Categories (HCCs)
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
- Certified Professional Coder (CPC) certification
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Google applications
