Position: Training Specialist

Location: Florida/ REMOTE

Duration: 12+ Months

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Deliver various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) in a virtual environment.
  • Utilize adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods and media.
  • Consistently deliver nationally developed curricula.
  • Manage the learning environment to ensure desired learning outcomes and knowledge transfer.
  • Possess knowledge of course content and materials.
  • Operate within an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile development team.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3-5 years in training delivery preferred.
  • Schedule: Flexible availability for day and evening sessions.
  • Technical Requirements: Reliable internet connection and suitable computer equipment.
