On behalf of our training and development client, Procom is seeking a Training Specialist Expert for a 12-month contract role on W2. This is a 100% remote position.

Job Description

This role involves delivering comprehensive training programs in a virtual environment. The Training Specialist Expert will apply adult learning principles and diverse instructional methods to ensure effective knowledge transfer and learning outcomes. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential to lead and collaborate with groups and individuals.

Responsibilities

1. Deliver various training programs (product, technical, systems, sales, behavioral, skills-based) virtually.
2. Use adult learning principles and diverse instructional media.
3. Consistently deliver nationally developed curricula.
4. Manage the learning environment to achieve learning outcomes.
5. Maintain knowledge of course content and materials.
6. Operate within an adaptive, self-managed, cross-functional Agile team.

Mandatory Skills
