Job Title: Training Specialist Expert

Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension/Conversion)

Location: 100% Remote (EST)

The bank is looking for Training Specialist Expert to join their team on a remote, long-term contract (12 months) with possible extension and conversion. This is a high-impact opportunity to support professional learning and development in a dynamic and collaborative environment. As a Training Specialist Expert, you’ll deliver engaging virtual training sessions across a variety of subjects including technical, product, sales, and behavioral training. You’ll be part of a professional and adaptive team, leveraging your facilitation skills to foster a learning culture across the organization.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate within cross-functional Agile teams as needed
  • Communicate clearly and diplomatically across teams and with leadership
  • Prepare and manage all training materials and virtual environments

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years of experience in training delivery preferred
  • Flexible to work day and evening sessions as required
  • Comfortable sitting for extended periods while delivering training remotely
  • Must have a reliable internet connection and computer setup
