Job summary

Medline is seeking a Training Specialist to develop and deliver interactive training courses for employees across the organization.

Responsibilities include designing engaging workshops, coordinating the training calendar, preparing participant materials, tracking training hours and assessment scores, and evaluating training effectiveness. A bachelor’s degree and at least one year of experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Instructional Design, Training and Development or related field OR a combination of education and experience.
• At least 1 year relevant business experience

• Evaluate effectiveness of training programs. Solicit formal training program feedback at set intervals; collect, interpret and report out data, proposing suggested actions in response to feedback received
• Update and customize course materials as needed.

The Anticipated Salary Range For This Position:

$58,000.00 - $87,000.00 Annual

The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s location, education, experience, skills, and abilities. This role is bonus and/or incentive eligible. Medline will not pay less than the applicable minimum wage or salary threshold.

Our benefit package includes health insurance, life and disability, 401(k) contributions, paid time off, etc., for employees working 30 or more hours per week on average. For roles where employees work less than 30 hours per week, benefits include 401(k) contributions, paid time off, as well as access to the Employee Assistance Program, Employee Resource Groups and the Employee Service Corp.
