Job summary

Inspire is seeking an experienced Training Designer to craft comprehensive learning solutions for its restaurant brands and franchisee teams. You will design e-Learning from ideation to storyboard, develop instructor-led curricula, and partner with field teams to implement programs.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of instructional design experience, strong needs analysis skills, and a portfolio showcasing impactful solutions. Travel to offsite trainings may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent years’ experience.
• 5+ years demonstrable instructional design experience across formats.
• Ability to conduct needs analysis aligned with business needs.
• Experience evaluating training usage, impact, and ROI.
• Portfolio of recent work required during interview.
• Comfort with ambiguity and multiple workstreams.

Responsibilities

• Design training solutions to support business and franchises and their employees.
• Develop e-Learning from ideation through storyboard and development.
• Create instructor-led curricula with facilitator guides and materials.
• Project manage with internal clients, SMEs, and vendors to deliver training.
• Collaborate with cross functional partners on training deliverables.
• Travel as needed for offsite meetings and training engagements.
