Job summary

Dandy is seeking a Training Coordinator for its Provo, Utah facility to organize and schedule all training activities across our lab and operations teams, ensuring every session runs on time and every trainer has what they need as we scale.

You’ll manage the master training calendar, track attendance and completion, and serve as the central liaison between trainers, department leads, and new hires to ramp everyone consistently and efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of scheduling, coordination, training administration, or operations experience at a high-growth company.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and calendar management skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities; able to align trainers, trainees, and managers.

Responsibilities

• Schedule & Coordinate: Build and maintain the master training calendar across all trainers, teams, and shifts, booking rooms and equipment, avoiding conflicts, and confirming logistics ahead of every session.
• Support Trainers: Serve as the go-to point of contact for trainers, handling calendar invites, reminders, materials prep, and last-minute changes.
• Track & Report: Maintain records of training schedules, attendance, and completion; provide regular reporting to department leads and People/Ops.
• Align Across Teams: Partner with department leads to understand upcoming training needs and translate into a realistic schedule.
• Problem Solve: Resolve scheduling conflicts, no-shows, and last-minute cancellations; keep all parties informed in real time.
• Improve the Process: Identify ways to make training scheduling and logistics more efficient; help implement LMS or calendaring enhancements.
