Job summary

Barnhart Crane & Rigging in Memphis seeks an experienced Trainer to develop, deliver, and maintain high-quality training programs. You will conduct classroom, hands-on, and virtual sessions across Barnhart’s Training Center and branch network, travel to sites as needed, and contribute to multimedia content.

The role partners with SMEs to design materials, administer assessments, manage records in the LMS, and support safety and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering classroom, hands-on, and virtual training.
• Knowledge of safety standards and SOPs.

Responsibilities

• Deliver classroom, hands-on, and virtual training sessions across Memphis and branch locations.
• Develop and update course materials, SOPs, and ICE sheets.
• Administer knowledge and practical assessments.
• Maintain attendance and training records in LMS/IFS.
• Lead safety meetings and ensure equipment readiness.
• Collaborate with SMEs to improve programs and trainer development.
• Create and edit training videos and multimedia content.
