Job summary

Barnhart Energy Company seeks a Training & Implementation Manager to lead the design and delivery of technical and operational training across our branch network. You will guide trainers, implement new tools and processes, and drive safety and efficiency across sites.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, leadership, and measurable program improvements in a national operating environment with travel to branch locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent industry experience may be considered.
• 5+ years of experience in crane and rigging, heavy transport, construction, industrial services, or related industry.
• Proven leadership, training, coaching, or implementation experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to analyze operational performance and drive process improvements.
• Working knowledge of business software and Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Training & Implementation team, including trainers, administrators, and interns.
• Oversee the development, delivery, and continuous improvement of technical and operational training programs.
• Partner with branch leadership to identify training needs and support employee development.
• Support the successful implementation and adoption of new tools, technologies, and operational processes.
• Measure training effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage departmental resources, equipment, and budget responsibly.
• Promote a culture of safety, continuous improvement, and servant leadership.
• Additional responsibilities as assigned by Supervisor.
