Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking a Training and Quality Specialist to design, implement, and evaluate training programs for the Operations staff. You will partner with management to identify performance needs and deliver impactful instruction across products, systems, and procedures.

The role emphasizes ongoing quality reviews, onboarding support, and needs analysis, with travel as needed. Strong communication, organization, and project management are essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training and developing experience (designing, developing, and presenting adult learning philosophies) or similar position.
• Experience with change management, organizational development, performance management, talent management and learning & development.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and concepts preferred.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to present clearly and engagingly.
• Extremely organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-changing environment.

Responsabilités

• Effectively develop and deliver practical, timely and innovative training programs and resources that demonstrably enhance productivity and deepen staff capabilities.
• Responsible for ongoing quality control review of work product for all Operations staff.
• Support employee onboarding with training plans, quality audits, and 30/60/90 evaluations with management.
• Conduct needs analysis and coordinate with Managers/Supervisors to ensure training remains current.
• Schedule and coordinate training sessions with managers and IT, including rooms and equipment.
• Document and assist with developing department policies, procedures, and training materials.
• Stay current with developments in the field by reading relevant journals and articles.
• Assist with resolving complex problems and support staff on system or procedural issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department management.
