Job summary

Banner Life Insurance Company is seeking a Training and Quality Specialist to design, develop, and deliver training programs for the Operations staff. You will partner with management to assess training needs and ensure programs align with strategic goals while driving superior customer service.

Responsibilities include ongoing quality control of work products, creating training plans for new employees, and coordinating sessions with IT and managers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of training and development experience designing, developing, and presenting adult learning.
• Experience with change management, organizational and talent development, and performance improvement.
• Knowledge of life insurance products and concepts preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs and resources for Operations staff.
• Conduct ongoing quality control reviews of work products.
• Support onboarding with training plans, QC audits, and evaluations.
• Perform needs analysis and coordinate with Managers to keep training current.
• Schedule sessions with managers and IT, book rooms and equipment.
• Document policies, procedures, and training materials for staff.
• Stay updated with industry materials to improve expertise.
• Assist with complex problems and support staff on system/procedural issues.
• Perform other duties as assigned by department management.
