Job summary

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children is seeking a Training Program Coordinator to develop and facilitate training programs for law enforcement and child-protection professionals. The position entails collaboration with the Training Program Manager, coordinating instructors, and ensuring high-quality training assets.

Qualifications

• Experience in training and curriculum development, with a focus on law enforcement or child protection audiences.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field.
• Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a project lead on the development of trainings.
• Facilitate in-person trainings in collaboration with the Training Program Manager.
• Support the development of training curricula and reporting requirements.
• Assist in data collection and reporting for funding and program monitoring.
• Coordinate logistics for training attendees and manage communications before, during, and after training.
