Job summary

National Center for Missing and Exploited Children in Alexandria, VA seeks a Program Coordinator for the Family Advocacy Division to manage the consultant engagement network, coordinate onboarding, oversee invoicing, collect data, and provide pre- and post-travel support.

The role involves locating clinicians and service organizations, maintaining documentation, supporting Salesforce and project management tools, responding after hours when required, and coordinating with partners to protect

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or five years of relevant experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Two to five years serving crime victim populations with sensitivity to cultural needs.
• Prior administrative support experience and familiarity with databases.
• Experience with program metrics, data collection and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Provide, arrange, coordinate, and oversee logistical support for consultant projects.
• Support consultant growth via development, review of materials and communications.
• Maintain records of onboarding and documentation of projects and timelines.
• Maintain ongoing consultant communication and relationship management.
• Utilize PM software to execute onboarding, standardize procedures, and tools.
• Lead or assist activities from inception to completion, including travel arrangements.
• Document case and consultant activity in databases per procedures.
• Support invoicing, contracts, and Salesforce improvements.
• Locate, evaluate, and liaise with mental health providers for collaboration.
• Available during non-normal hours to accommodate consultants.
