You will liaise with students, instructors, and oversight committees, maintain learner records in the LMS, and ensure regulatory compliance and reporting.

This role emphasizes process improvement, cross-functional collaboration, and delivering a well-organized training experience for frontline technical workers.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of experience in administrative support services.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Knowledge of LMS and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience working with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement and project experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual scheduling of customer programs with input from instructors and business units.
• Interface with Training organization, customers and learning software systems to track progress against curriculums and reporting on key metrics.
• Record, track, and maintain student records across multiyear training programs; support end-to-end career development and internal mobility for frontline workers.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and provide clear reporting to stakeholders and regulators.
• Manage curriculum and content, including updating training assets and scheduling review cycles.
