Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Training Programs Coordinator to coordinate and maintain company training programs, liaise with students, managers, and instructors, and oversee end-to-end program management from scheduling to records. The role emphasizes accuracy, cross-team collaboration, and regulatory compliance.

Minimum requirements include five years of admin support and strong communication, with preferred LMS experience and knowledge of apprenticeship operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum Requirements specify strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with Microsoft Office products.
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred.
• Ability to work with cross functional teams in a matrixed organization.
• Demonstrated project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate annual scheduling of customer programs with input from instructors and business.
• Interface with Training organization and systems to track progress against curriculums.
• Record, track, and maintain student records across multiyear training programs.
• Conduct audits to ensure regulatory compliance and provide readable reporting to stakeholders.
