Job summary

Xcel Energy is seeking a Training Programs Coordinator to oversee end-to-end management of training programs, from scheduling through record keeping. You will liaise among students, instructors, managers, and oversight committees to ensure program success.

The role requires strong organizational, communication, and LMS skills with a focus on continuous improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Five years' experience in administrative support services.
• Experience in the utility industry preferred.
• Knowledge of apprenticeship program operations and policies preferred.
• Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience with a Learning Management System (LMS).
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrixed org.
• Strong focus on continuous improvement.
• Demonstrated project management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the annual scheduling of customer programs with input from instructors and business. Track progress against curriculums and reporting on key metrics.
• Record, track, and maintain student records across multiyear training programs.
• Audit regulatory compliance and provide consistent reporting to stakeholders and agencies.
• Manage curriculum and content, track materials, schedule reviews, and maintain ISD framework for regulatory review.
• Coordinate instructor-led training events including logistics, agendas, and materials.
