Job summary

Dairy Records Management Systems (DRMS) is seeking a Training Program Specialist to build and expand our customer education program across DRMS tools and networks. You will develop standardized onboarding, scalable learning resources, and a Train-the-Trainer model to create consistent training reaching customers via our network.

You will lead training initiatives, deliver hands-on instruction, and equip internal teams and affiliates with resources to ensure high-quality education and ongoing

Qualifications

• Experience designing structured training programs for software or technical products.
• Experience building scalable training systems (e.g., LMS platforms, certification programs, or user enablement initiatives).
• Experience delivering training to diverse audiences using multiple formats (in-person, virtual, and digital).
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, practical, user-focused instruction.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement DRMS training strategy across producers, DHIA service affiliates, and consultants.
• Create scalable onboarding frameworks and Train-the-Trainer programs with defined learning paths.
• Develop training materials: video, written guides, modules, and assessments.
