Job summary

fairlife, LLC is seeking a Training Specialist to translate operational knowledge into repeatable curricula and qualification processes. Reporting to the Site Training Manager, the role creates curricula, coaches trainers, and leads area training rollouts to boost workforce readiness and time-to-proficiency.

Based in Webster, NY, this full-time exempt position supports onboarding, qualification, and continuous improvement across shifts, with a focus on safety and quality in a regulated dairy

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, education, training, operations, engineering, or related field.
• Strong written, verbal and facilitation skills for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to lead area-level projects independently with deadlines and risks.
• Attention to detail and ability to surface problems early.
• Ability to analyze qualification data to drive training actions.

Responsibilities

• Define role requirements and performance expectations with area leaders.
• Support onboarding, certification, and trainer development across shifts.
• Design and develop curricula, SOPs, and assessments with quality controls.
• Lead area-level training workstreams for projects and changes.
• Maintain training metrics and content in shared systems.
