University of Hawaii FCU seeks a Trainer to design and deliver employee training across the credit union, improving processes and ensuring consistency in operations.

The role collaborates with the Process Improvement & Training Manager to implement programs, update manuals, and track outcomes. Strong presentation skills, Excel data analysis, and independent decision-making are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Suite.
• Two years training experience.
• Two years public speaking or group presentation experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Excellent analytical, creative, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines.
• Able to work independently and make sound decisions.
• Able to create spreadsheets and analyze data.

Responsibilities

• Develops, administers, organizes, and conducts training programs; evaluates and enhances existing programs.
• Conducts new employee training and other applicable training.
• Coordinates and conducts core system training (new modules, updates, etc.).
• Collaborates with IT to review system releases and updates.
• Develops training for all releases and updates.
• Keeps training current and updated for new hires and other trainings.
• Coordinates outside training classes.
• Maintains library for CUNA training modules (STAR and MERIT).
• Tracks and reports training across the organization; supports product/service training.
