Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Independently manage assignments to document, analyze, and improve processes.
  • Create new workflows and produce clear, standardized documentation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex processes into user-friendly docs.
  • Document and maintain records of workflows across programs.
  • Perform Lean Six Sigma-based analysis to identify bottlenecks and improve efficiency.
  • Assist management in identifying training needs and reporting findings.
