Job summary

Enki Health Services, Inc. is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, lead, and evaluate comprehensive training initiatives for clinical and administrative staff.

You will partner with operational, clinical, and HR leadership to ensure onboarding, ongoing education, compliance training, and professional development while promoting excellence and client care. The role emphasizes collaboration with Los Angeles County DMH training coordinators and adherence to evidence-based

Qualifications

• Master's degree or higher in a related field (social work, psychology or sociology).
• Licensed in CA or eligible (MFT/LCSW/LPCC/Ph.D./Psy.D. preferred).
• Experience providing mental health services in LA County DMH environment preferred.
• Clinical supervision ability preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, facilitate, and evaluate training programs to improve staff competency and growth.
• Develop training for administrative staff on customer service and workflows.
• Monitor adherence to workflows and provide coaching for improvements.
• Collaborate with HR on performance resources and coaching strategies.
• Coordinate with clinical leadership to integrate evidence-based practices into training.
• Create onsite trainings on clinical topics as requested.
• Attend meetings with QA and Training teams to ensure cohesive documentation trainings.
• Coordinate with DMH Training Coordinators for staff attendance and coverage.
• Analyze QA findings to identify knowledge gaps and implement corrective training.
• Coordinate annual and semi-annual trainings and ensure certifications are completed.
