Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years of retail, customer service, hospitality, or related experience preferred.
• Experience in a retail store or training center preferred.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Experience with POS systems, cash handling, and reconciliation.
• Ability to multitask and manage records and scheduling.
• Comfort promoting products, memberships, and training programs.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service for merchandise, range services, and training inquiries.
• Operate POS system for sales, memberships, and transactions.
• Maintain a clean, stocked Pro-Shop and inventory.
• Assist with inventory counts, product ordering, and reporting discrepancies.
• Prepare classrooms and materials for scheduled courses and events.
• Check in customers for training and events and verify documentation.
• Answer phones, schedule classes, and provide product information.
• Support events, promotions, and facility operations.
• Perform opening/closing duties including cash reconciliation and reporting.
