The Restaurant Store is hiring a Sales Specialist to support the Sales Manager in developing and maintaining an effective sales culture at our retail branch. You will help reach sales goals through day-to-day strategies aligned with merchandising, order fulfillment, and inventory, ensuring customers have a great TRS experience.

Work Hours are a Variable Day Shift, with availability required between 7am and 7pm.

Responsibilities

• Assist Sales Manager in developing and maintaining an effective sales culture at the branch.
• Achieve sales goals through daily strategies aligned with merchandising, fulfillment, and inventory.
• Provide product knowledge training and support to the sales team.
• Coordinate on-site visits for sales opportunities and support local market growth.
• Maintain store cleanliness and support location operations.
