Lyra Health, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Operations Associate II to join the Provider Enablement team.

You will help onboard and train our 1099 and W2 provider networks, design scalable processes, and support the Bend integration to ensure a frictionless clinical onboarding experience. The role requires strong project management, cross-functional collaboration with Clinical, IT, Credentialing, and Operations, and comfort working with Salesforce, WorkRamp, Zendesk, and EHR systems.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years of combined relevant work experience in operations, provider relations, customer service, or a similar enablement field.
• Exceptional verbal and written interpersonal skills.
• Fluency in Google Suite is required.
• Experience with Salesforce, WorkRamp (LMS), Zendesk, Gemini, and Electronic Health Records (EHR) is highly preferred.
• Project management experience with ability to work autonomously.

Mansioni

• Lead & moderate training sessions, manage agendas, troubleshoot technical hurdles, and track attendance.
• Manage day-to-day WorkRamp operations and module setup to drive engagement.
• Collaborate with Tech and Clinical teams to optimize EHR and other systems for onboarding.
• Monitor provider training progress and update onboarding communications.
• Own end-to-end logistics for training prerequisites, documentation, and system access.
