Lyra Health is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead the Systems Architecture team within Provider Core Ops. You will own cross-system integrations across Workday, Salesforce, and downstream platforms, aligning business strategy with technical execution.

You will collaborate with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations leaders to resolve bottlenecks, scale data flows, and ensure system stability and data integrity across provider-facing platforms.

Competenze

• 8+ years of experience in Operations Management, Systems Architecture, Business Operations, or related technical-ops function within a high-growth environment.
• Proven track record as a direct people manager with demonstrated success setting operational roadmaps and mentoring team members.
• Deep experience with enterprise tool ecosystems (Salesforce, Workday, Jira, Zendesk, CredentialStream, etc.) and managing multi-system data flows and integrations.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders.
• Strong analytical acumen and fluency with operational metrics to evaluate team performance and optimize system workflows.

• Direct the operational strategy for complex tool integrations and data pipelines across provider-facing platforms.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Clinical, and Operations to surface risks and unblock execution.

• Monitor system health metrics and identify automation opportunities to inform infrastructure investments.
