You will manage the implementation playbooks, collaborate with Product, Engineering, Design, Clinical, and Service Line leaders, and ensure high-quality, scalable deployments across multi-channel offerings.

• 8+ years in Product Operations or related field.
• Direct people management experience.
• Experience shipping software in healthcare.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration.
• Excellent communication with executives.
• Analytical with product health metrics.
