Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, education, adult learning, or a related field is required.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in eLearning development, instructional design, or related professional development roles.
• Possess and maintains a valid Colorado driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
• Must obtain CPR certification within one (1) year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LMS and eLearning content; ensure compliance and high-quality training.
• Collaborate with stakeholders and SMEs to design effective instructional materials.
• Develop engaging eLearning content using best practices for learner engagement and transfer.
• Maintain certification tracking and reporting accuracy.
• Manage LMS updates, data analytics, and stakeholder communications.
