Job summary

Dollar General is seeking a Training Operations Manager to lead and deliver training programs within a distribution center, with a focus on safety, leadership, excellence, and teamwork. You will partner with DC operations and the Learning & Development team to design content, coach leaders, and ensure consistent, high-quality training across the site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or human resource development preferred.
• 2–4 years' experience in training and development or HR with an employee development emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Act as an engaging leader and develop training content for the DC.
• Oversee and execute training across all DC levels with partnerships across DCs and SSC partners.
• Create strategies balancing short- and long-term business plans.
• Foster the development and growth of employees and leaders in the DC.
• Collaborate with Learning & Development and HR to ensure standard training programs are properly designed and consistently implemented.
• Select, evaluate, and develop Training Coordinators.
• Teach managers to develop leadership skills in supervisors.
• Assist DC management with organizational development plans.
• Analyze data to measure training program performance.
