Responsibilities

• Communicate performance and safety expectations; coordinate meetings.
• Open/close store at least twice weekly.
• Analyze operating statements for trends and opportunities.
• Manage ordering to meet in-stock targets and inventory issues.
• Ensure proper merchandising, pricing and signage.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and control damages and shrink.
• Uphold cash handling and security procedures.
• Provide strong customer service leadership.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store.
• Ensure necessary tools are available to perform tasks.
• Follow SOPs and documentation deadlines.
