Job summary

Dollar General is hiring a Training Operations Manager to influence safety, leadership and performance, guiding employees in the Distribution Center to build knowledge, skills, and experience for career progression. You will partner with DC operations and the Learning & Development team.

You will design and deliver training programs, coach leaders, and ensure standard training is implemented consistently across DCs, with a focus on measurable results and collaboration with HR and SSC partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in education or HR development preferred.
• 2–4 years' experience in employee training and development or HR with a development emphasis.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of training content for the Distribution Center (DC).
• Coordinate training delivery across DC levels and partner with SSC Learning & Development and HR teams.
• Create strategies balancing short- and long-term business plans.
• Foster growth of employees and leaders in the DC.
• Select, evaluate and develop Training Coordinators.
• Teach managers to build leadership in supervisors.
• Assist management with organizational development plans.
• Analyze data to measure training performance.
